To watch everything inside of you and outside, and when there is something happening to you, to see it as if it were happening to someone else, with no judgment, no attempt to change, only to understand.

Anthony De Mello ~ Awareness

But, it wasn’t

always like that. I learned this after long struggles of identity crises and stressful periods of “What am I doing with my Life”. I had a career as a business development manager and a manager of an incredible group of people, who taught me how to be the manager they needed in order to thrive.

But, it wasn’t always like that. I learned this after long struggles of identity crises and stressful periods of “What am I doing with my Life”. I had a career as a business development manager and a manager of an incredible group of people, who taught me how to be the manager they needed in order to thrive.

In the beginning, I let fears and anger become my behavior and, in the name of external forces (the management or the market), I put those fears on my team. This was not the way.

I started exploring the reasons behind my behavior, I became more mindful, explored neuroscientific and spiritual paths to understand myself and along this path I found people, coaches, adventures and ideas that awakened my awareness.

This path led me to Erickson Professional Coaching, where we apply five simple principles:

1. You are truly Ok!
2. You have the inner resources required to be successful.
3. Every behaviour has a positive intention.
4. You are doing your best based on the resources you have available.
5. Change is inevitable.

I became a coach, because I embrace this approach to Life. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and expand. I have proven that to myself by following a deviating path in many of Life’s stations.

My coaching serves the idea that every person has immense potential. Activating it electrifies me!

I put the effort on understanding myself, my restrictions and conduct myself as an example to others. Recognizing the restrictions embedded in my mind from social conditioning, I explored what I loved about people. I found my own ground of wonder in my mind and now I share it with you.

In this space there is no judgment, no criticism. It is a space where the mind is vast and open to find solutions. It is a space of endless curiosity and wonder. It is a calm space for you to find the solutions you need and a station for your big adventure of self-discovery.

Let’s do something good and let’s have Fun!
